I think that this site deserves another mention. Provident Security is a Canadian company, and in many respects is one of the most innovative and refreshing security companies around.

Provident Security is very dedicated to their concept of “five minute proofing”. This is because they offer a five minute response time guarantee in their area – this won’t hold anywhere else, of course, but the thought is sound no matter where you are. If you can delay the would-be burglar’s entry for five minutes, chances are he or she will give up and move on to a simpler target.
