I realize this has been out there a while, but this is still priceless (actually, it’s $58.00, but you know what I mean). The Playmobile Security Checkpoint, complete with x-ray scanner, two “TSA” agents and a passenger will amuse your child for hours on end. And if you’re anything like me, then it’ll amuse you too. (Perhaps not for hours on end, but for a while, anyway).

The NY Times has a little something to say about this as well;

Children have long conquered their fears by turning them into play, but for the adults who stand nearby, watching is sobering rather than cathartic. “Get him, get him,” one of the children shouted, as the molded plastic passenger apparently tried to sneak an imaginary weapon through the scanner. He was tackled by the molded plastic security team, and then the whole set was hastily packed up because it was time for “families with young children” to board.

The rest is here.
