Product Review: Duty Gear for Cheap
Winter is here – well, at least some places, and it’s on its way to a lot more places as we speak, and it’s that time to get ready for it. Whether you’re dusting off the snowblower this weekend or changing tires on your car, the time is also right to start stocking up on winter duty gear. You know, all that stuff you’re so happy to put away come spring, but love to wear when the wind outside threatens to take your fingers or your toes off. Here’s a couple of tips when you’re looking to save a few dollars on your winter shopping list.
For some nice new things under 40 bucks, check out ChiefSupply.com – they’ve got all weather shooting gloves for as low as $23, and lots of other nice stuff.
Most people know about Amazon.com by now, but what might be less known is that it’s actually possible to get a lot of brand name duty gear there, not just Kindle devices and books. Everything from heavy duty work shirts to SWAT belts and GI wool glove liners (very nice inside those Hatch gloves) are available for just about the best prices we’ve been able to find.
A little searching around the web is your friend when it comes to updating your winter wear, on and off duty.
