Bureaucracy and Loathing in the TSA

As a former security supervisor and manager, I do know a little of the red tape and the rules and regulations surrounding security operations. The same rules that are supposed to make the operation run smoothly and help the security officers’ job easier and more secure is also helping to lower the public’s regard of the TSA’s and other officers that they encounter.

It’s bordering on embarrassing.
